The Shred It Programme is an 10-week, carb cycling programme designed to kickstart your weight loss journey and get you results without the ‘strictness of keto’.
The programme is designed to shred bad habits, shred fat and gain confidence and control of your weight. We guarantee results!
This isn't about going hungry or feeling deprived but bringing focus back to your health. We will help you with portions sizes and meal planning and aim to get you back into some great habits with seeing fantastic results.
The Challenge includes:

The menu planners are designed to take the hassle out of all your meal prepping and planning. There are vegetarian and non vegetarian options you can swap with. The recipes are kept simple but tasty so you aren’t spending a long time in the kitchen. All options on the shopping list are from local supermarkets. The recipes are also cost effective and most are family friendly or adaptable.
Yes, the program includes nutrition advice and lifestyle modifications to help you reach your goals. This includes meal plans, portion control, and tips for making healthy lifestyle choices even with socialising or eating out.
Shred It is designed for anyone looking to get fit and lose weight. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, the program can be modified to your individual needs in regards to energy expenditure.
The program lasts for 10 weeks and includes weekly check-ins and progress tracking. These are optional but highly recommended. Book your free session on Power Diary
$15 dollars per week ($150 total), charged automatically to your credit card, weekly. Your card details are securely saved with our payment gateway Stripe when you register online.
Your name will be on our list and the Shred It Programme will be sent to you and along with subsequent emails prior to the start. You will be added to the closed Shred It Facebook group.
The Shred It Programme guarantees results! You can expect to see a minimum of 4kg weight loss and 10cms off. Results vary with size and starting weight but these are averages. Not only will it help you lose weight but importantly reduce sugar cravings, increase energy levels and feel balanced during the day.
