Directions

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking try with baking paper. 

Drain and rinse well the black beans from the brine so that is isn't salty. 

Add to your food processor along with the eggs, peanut butter, baking soda, cocoa powder and rest of ingredients. Blitz for around 1 minute until beans and mixture is blended into a dough. Dollop a tablespoon of mixture on the baking tray and flatten out. 

 

Bake for 15 -20mins until hard on top. Take out and let cool.
