Brief Description

This is a super quick breakfast on the go, make at work or my favourite is sit, relax and really enjoy it as it feels like you are eating pudding. With the added benenfits of the fibre and potassium from the banana and protein powder (use chocolate or vanilla), this is a great post workout breakfast. The coffee granules are optional but if you are a coffee lover then you will love this chocolate banana combination (if not a fan of banana, you can take it out).

Directions

  • You can either use a blender or just add the banana to a bowl and mash well. 
  • Add the egg to the bowl whip together.
  • Add the rest of ingredients and stir. Place in a medium sized ramekin so mixture is not more than half way up as it rises when cooking and put in microwave on high for 40-45 secs. You don't want to over cook it. It should be cooked through but still soft like a cake. 
  • Alternatively if you aren't a fan of microwave or don't have one, you can place in a hot oven on 180 degrees for 20mins until cooked.
