Brief Description

There is heaps of different variations you can do and this is another fast dessert that you can feel guilt free. 


You may choose to use mixed berries or just blueberries or my fav is raspberries and strawberries. 
I think the cinnamon just compliments quite nicely and sometimes I add a TB rice syrup to it or Natvia if wanting to go extra low sugar.

Directions

  • Defrost berries for a couple of minutes (not completely). I do this in my food processor so I don't need to add any liquid, but you may need to add a little almond milk or coconut milk to have blend. 
  • Place frozen berries into a food processor with tsp cinnamon and if need be coconut or almond milk. 
  • Blend for around 30 secs until smooth- sorbet like texture. Serve immediately or you can keep in freezer. 
  • Serves 3-4
