Directions

  • Place 3/4 cup of frozen raspberries into a food processor with tsp cinnamon and coconut or almond milk. If you want it richer, you can always add tsp almond, cashew or peanut butter to the mix. It will just increase your calorie content by 50 calories.
  • Blend for around 30 secs until smooth- sorbet like texture. Serve immediately you keep in freezer.
