Directions

The longest thing about making the icecream is the bananas freezing. However if you have a constant supply of bananas unpeeled, chopped and in the freezer then this can really speed up the process.
  • Take out the bananas from freezer and let sit for 10mins until softened just a little (unless you have a very strong food processor). Then add to food processor along with the frozen blueberries.
  • Switch on and blend for around 1min until the texture looks like a soft serve ice cream. 
  • Place in bowls and grate some dark chocolate over the top. Alternatively you can place all of the mixture in an old ice cream container and keep in the freezer until you need it.
