Mousse

Brief Description

This is a delightful low calorie chocolate mousse. Its made with egg whites rather than cream or whipped avocado so very light and easy on the stomach when you just want something a little more to fill the gap. You can make this using cocoa powder and Natvia (stevia based sweetener) for a low sugar option or you can use honey, rice malt syrup, coconut sugar or melted real dark chocolate.
