Brief Description

This is what I call my Energizer Salad! It's actually really fast and puts you on a great buzz after with the natural sweetness and the best thing is that is takes a long time to eat so you feel like you get a much larger snack.

Directions

  • Grate the carrot and apple and place in a bowl. Add the lemon juice, seeds and coconut and mix well. Ready to serve. 
  • To keep it interesting, change up the fruit. You can use mandarins oranges, grapes aswell as adding in some grated fresh beetroot (take skin off before grating).
