This is a delicious and luscious mousse which makes you feel like you are eating a dessert! If you want to go one step further for a creamier, thicker texture, add a heaped teaspoon of almond, cashew or peanut butter to the mix.

Directions

  • If the raspberries are frozen, leave then to defrost first (approx 10-15mins). 
  • In a bowl add all the ingredient together and mix well. 
  • Sprinkle over desiccated coconut or slithered almonds for a crunch.
