Directions

  • In a bowl, mash the banana very well with a fork until almost liquid. 
  • Add the egg and vanilla essence and beat well with the fork. 
  • Then add in baking soda and powder, mix. Stir in coconut and coconut flour and you will see the mixture thicken. Wait 2 mins then using a tablespoon of mixture roll in balls in the palm of your hand and place on the baking tray. 
  • The mixture makes 10 balls. Then with your fork press down each ball to form a cookie. Bake in oven for 15min so that they are brown on top.
