Smoothie

Brief Description

This is a quick smoothie on the top. Berries are high in antioxidants and a low sugar fruit. You boost your folate, iron, potassium and magnesium by adding spinach or kale to your smoothie, you really don't taste the greens but the add a wonderful superfood quality.

Almond milk is a good low calorie, low sugar, dairy free substitute however if you may want to use standard milk, rice or soy milk.
LSA stands for Linseed, Sunflower seed and Almond all ground up. Again a great source of good fats to add fibre, keep you full for longer and add healthy fats to improve joint and heart health.
