These pancakes are gluten free, sugar free and hassle free! 

So quick an easy. They serve on person and you get around 4 pancakes out of the mixture. For males you may want to use a large banana and 2 x eggs.

Directions

Mash banana well with a fork until smooth. Whisk in the eggs and then add rest of ingredients and mix with fork. Heat pan and oil on medium heat and then spoon or pour mixture into 3-4 separate pancakes. Serve with couple of dollops of plain yoghurt and sprinkle with coconut if you like.
