Brief Description

This other version of chia seed porridge (or a pudding as I like to call it) is also delicious. You can use almond milk or yoghurt. 

You can also use frozen raspberries, just defrost them and mix in.

Directions

Add and mix together the yoghurt, chia seeds, raspberries and honey together in a bowl. Leave overnight in the fridge. Next morning, give the porridge a stir again especially to mix the juice from the defrosted raspberries. Then sprinkle over sliced almonds before serving.
